Are refunds available?<\/h2>\n

Story Loop offers a 14-day discretionary refund policy for all purchases, provided that the account has not been used to download any resources from StoryLoop.com since the charge took place. If an account has been used to download resources from StoryLoop.com or it has been more than 14 days since the date of the charge, then the charge is not eligible for a refund.<\/span><\/p>\n
