Stock License content that has been remixed into derivative End Products can be sold and distributed ONLY IF (a) the Content has been modified to the extent that the End Product is not substantially similar to the Content and can qualify as an original work of authorship; or (b) the primary value of such End Product does not lie with the Content itself. Original Content that is unaltered may not be sold or distributed.<\/p>

Broadcast and stream Content. No more than 500,000 lifetime viewers for commercial use and no limit for streaming via the internet for non-commercial use. Broadcast and streaming via network, cable, internet, satellite, pay-per-view, video on demand or Streaming of motion picture and \/audio visual works, including advertisements, is permitted for commercial use and non-commercial use.<\/p>

Don’t use Audio Content (A) in a way that alters its fundamental character, such as to create remixes or mashups; make any other alterations for the purpose of creating new music; or otherwise alter the Audio Content except as expressly provided in these terms; (B) use any Audio Content as a theme song in an End Product; (C) incorporate any Audio Content into any electronic template or design template application (e.g., a web design or presentation template, or templates for electronic greeting cards or business cards); (D) offer any Audio Content on a stand-alone basis or as a listening-only experience, such as a track on an album; or (E) upload or make available any Audio Content as combined solely with a still image or simple one-shot video on a streaming platform (e.g. creating a playlist by using an Audio Work in combination with a visual element, where the visual element adds little to no value).<\/p>
